The Learning Disability and Autism Housing Community of Practice brings people together to find solutions to shared concerns and share best practice.

Its members include people with lived experience, families, health and social care commissioners, housing providers and social care providers.

NHS England has hosted the network for the last 3 years.

Learning Disability England is now going to host the Community of Practice.

The work the Community of Practice does will stay the same, and so will the co-chairs.

Learning Disability England is going to take on the admin and coordination role.

NHS England and ADASS are still partners.
