We will always remember that:

• Members must agree with the four aims and act in line with them and the values.

• Learning Disability England’s membership has people who share the same aims but might do things in different ways

• Learning Disability England does do not expect any member to be perfect.

We do expect members to be trying to do things better and learn from mistakes.

If there is a big problem that we cannot sort out, the member might have to leave Learning Disability England.

The Representative Body and Trustees have agreed a policy and process for if things go wrong.
