Fun, easy accessible sessions:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am to 10:30am – Wake & Dance – The “Dancing Dave’s” deliver a fun and accessible inclusive dance and fitness session help you to wake up, get moving and have a good time.
Every Tuesday 2pm to 2:45pm – Everybody Dance -Dancing is for everyone, whatever your age or ability. The sessions include both upbeat and gentle dance, together with movement to music.
Every Tuesday 7pm to 7:30pm – Funk Out on Zoom – At the end of a busy day, Funk Out with Dave and Helen – a 30 minute dance workout session that will help you end the day the right way!
Wednesday 18th Nov for 5 weeks 7pm to 7:30pm – Relax and Unwind – Come Relax & Unwind in our slow, take-it-easy session!

Online actor training from Dark Horse Theatre, a leader in providing vocational actor training for adults with learning disabilities.
