On the right, text announces the conference dates: Birmingham on 4th March and Online on 11th March. The first box has a map of England highlighting West Midlands and says: “The in-person conference is taking place in Birmingham on the 4th of March 2026.” The second box shows a woman on a Zoom call and says: “The online conference will be virtual over Zoom on the 11th of March 2026.

Hand-drawn illustration at the top of the page shows two people seated at a table with two green mugs. One person is holding up a calendar marked with numbered dates and a small flower, pointing to a specific date, while the other person holds a sheet of paper and appears to be discussing it. Below the illustration is a webpage section titled “How can you get a ticket?”. The section lists several ways to access a conference: the online conference is free for all members and can be booked using a button on the right side of the page; the in-person conference is sold out, but users can join a waiting list by clicking a “book for Birmingham” button at the top of the page; the in-person conference lottery is closed; and some organisational members will receive a ticket as part of their membership and have been informed by email.
