People with a learning disability and autistic people can and do have tenancy agreements; they have the same rights, choice and control in their homes as all tenants do. 

Many people with a learning disability and autistic people in housing and support services do not have their rights respected. Many people with a learning disability and autistic people in housing and support services have limited choice or control. 

The Real Tenancy Test is a way of checking if someone has all their rights where they live.
