Who can come?

Individual and lifetime members can come

A rep from organisation members can come too

Members can join the meeting by Skype or phone

Members can come with someone else, but their guest cannot vote.

All members subscriptions need to be up to date to vote.

Members can appoint a proxy to vote – the form and details of that are in the AGM pack below
