#BetterPay4SocialCare: Why do support staff matter?

This week is Professional Care Workers Week (6th – 10th September).

The #BetterPay4SocialCare campaign is campaigning for the work support workers do to be better recognised and valued.

And for all support workers, PAs and care workers to be paid at least the real living wage wage.

It asks the government to provide additional funding to ensure care workers receive a minimum of the Real Living Wage.
