Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the BBC Panorama, documenting shocking abuse at the private hospital in Bristol; Winterbourne View.

Since then there have been many reports and promises were made that this would never be allowed to happen again.

But in the last decade this promise has been broken and not enough change has been made – we can see this in what happened at Whorlton Hall in 2019.
