The government have started a new law called the Coronavirus bill

It will change a lot of things to help get the country through whilst Coronavirus is widespread

A lot of people are worried that it suspends the Care Act for up to 2 years and could mean people have fewer rights

Today Learning Disability England wrote to the Prime Minister and Health and Social Care Secretary telling them why we are worried about the emergency changes and what we think could happen to stop a bigger negative impact on disabled people.
