My Life My Choice (MLMC) have been working with their local Community Learning Disability Teams to deliver training on Health Checks and Living a Healthy Life to GPs, Medical professionals and people with learning disabilities across Oxfordshire.

MLMC want to share what they’ve been doing with you! Self-Advocates have co-produces a webinar with the MLMC Power Up team about why health checks are really important for people with a learning disability, the effect good communication can have, and what it really means to live a healthy life.
